Important Baseball Bat requirements:

Diameter Maximum:2 5/8" Drop:5

A drop 3 MUST meet the certification of the National Federation of High School (NFSH) and ALL approved composite bat models for the spring 14U USSSA League and the Summer Babe Ruth 13-15 are listed at nfhs.org

2 3/4 diameter bats will NOT be permitted for use in the spring USSSA 14U League or the summer Babe Ruth Division.

As you will see below the 2 3/4 diameter bat will eventually become obsolete. One of the objectives of Kino Baseball's younger divisions is to prepare our players for high school play.

Future bat requirements:

Every National Organization that Kino Baseball is affiliated with or is going to affiliate with, in the next year will have made the change to 2 5/8 max diameter
Kino Baseball has tried to tie all of our rules to NFHS Rules in an attempt to prepare our players for their progression into and thru High School Baseball
